Training On an Empty Stomach

Make sure our Challengers that are not trying to loose weight increase their good fat and carbohydrate intake (read: eggs, avocados, coconut, grass-fed beef, yams). All of you should do this if you are feeling weaker than normal. You guys are climbing the peak – AND made it through Thanksgiving – pretty soon it will be smooth sailing to the finish!!

  1. Great articles! I’m rethinking my theory on training empty. Fair warning if Pukie the clown and I have an unexpected run in (hopefully in the parking lot)!
